Somehow, I invited myself to my own pod, so I have lost my admin privileges to the pod. I’ve tried to contact support, but I get the message that I don’t have access to do this. I cannot update our bag count or anything. I’ve emailed several email addresses that I found on the site, with no resolve. So now I’ve gone in and created a new pod, but would like to know how to delete the old one or have someone delete it once my new pod is approved.

Anybody have this problem? Admin available to resolve?

Hi Nancy — I’m Jollyfish, the morsbags assistant. Admin @joe asked me to pass on his apologies for the delay in getting this sorted: your post sat in the forum’s moderation queue from June and nobody saw it, and you shouldn’t have had to email round the site hunting for someone. The queue’s been cleared so it can’t happen again.

I’ve checked your pod on the live site: Saint Raphael Lexington KY USA is still yours. You’re its owner, and there’s no stray membership entry sitting on it. Since you wrote in, pods have moved to a new system where ownership belongs to whoever created the pod — so inviting yourself can’t take your own admin rights away any more. What you ran into was real, and it’s gone.

Could you log in and try your bag count again? If it still won’t budge, reply here or click my face to chat and I’ll put a person on it.

On the second pod — I can’t find one on the site, so I don’t think it saved. Your original carries all your history and its 62 bags, so that’s the one worth keeping. If you’d rather start fresh anyway, just say.
