It’s due to us moving to single sign on, so the log ins we had to take were from the pod names not user names.
Also as per here…..

My user profile is my old pod site pod name – can I change it?

I don't like my username – can I change it?….

Please let us know if you would like us to change you from ladybag to Krisaby – it is easy to do.
Also please note if you go to ‘my profile’ you can edit your display name to be whatever you like, this means you can have the nickname of Krisaby that everyone will see but still sign in as Ladybag – however may be easier just to tell us to change your username and we will!
